We Thank You for Your Support!

Breakthrough, captivating, and transformative” were just a few of the words expressed by Ms. Melinda McCool, Principal, Hunter Elementary School. in response to BALAM Dance Theatre's educational residency, Monkey Chant for the Catskill Mountains in Hunter, NY, July 1-12.

BALAM needs to raise only $200 for the project to break even and pay for itself. The company's treasury is very modest and each project has to pay for itself. Please consider making a donation in any amount today. Even $1 will help.

BALAM’s work with the children made a real difference in their lives. These kids will never forget their magical journey as expressed by the 7 year old Riley, "I never experienced anything like this before," and BALAM has been invited back in 2014.

Many of the children who participated were from households of low income and had special learning needs. All thirty children flourished in this project! They learned with their entire bodies and through physical play and movement connected the workshop concepts to broader topics of reading, story telling and listening.

It’s easy to make a donation. Simply click the secure Paypal link, or make a check payable to BALAM Dance Theatre and send it to BALAM Dance Theatre, 319 West 18th St, 4C, New York, NY 10011.

BALAM is a not-for-profit organization. All donations are tax deductible to the full extent of the law.

Thank you for helping us enrich other people’s lives through our art.

Sincerely,

Carlos Fittante
